Multi-Billion Dollar Automotive Company with headquarters located in the Novi Michigan is looking for a Human Resource Generalist
- Work with the Vice President of Human Resources to be coordinate corrective actions and investigations as needed for assigned department and shift.
- Back up for Recruiting for all hourly and salary positions- this includes initial screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, giving feedback, preparing offer letters, setting candidates up for new hire orientation.
- Coordinate process for workday/dayforce/authenticator implementation for all new hires and lead New Hire Orientation activities
- Process all unemployment claims timely and accurately
- Assist with Payroll for Corporate Office employees
REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years working as a human resources generalist in a corporate of plant environment
