Job description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Associate for a condominium community. This position serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective owners. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Assist residents with general inquiries, forms, packages, and community information
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain guest/vendor logs
  • Coordinate with management and maintenance staff regarding resident requests and work orders
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies
  • Assist with clubhouse reservations, amenity scheduling, and resident communications
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
  • Support management with administrative tasks, reports, and data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and association information
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain neat, organized, and professional
  • Perform additional office duties as assigned
Part-Time 3pm-11pm including weekends This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and community needs.

Pay Rate: Up to $16 DOE
