Overview
A well-established, growth-oriented engineering firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist (CAD Systems) to support Autodesk and Bentley platforms used on large-scale civil infrastructure projects. This is a technical IT role focused on system deployment, administration, and advanced support-no CAD design or drafting required.
You'll work closely with engineers, IT leadership, and software vendors to ensure reliable, high-performing CAD environments across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and support Autodesk & Bentley CAD systems (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, OpenRoads)
  • Manage updates, patches, configurations, and CAD standards
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for CAD performance, licensing, and interoperability issues
  • Act as a primary technical contact for Autodesk and Bentley support
  • Administer licensing and support CAD data platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360)
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize workstation and virtual environments
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Qualifications
Required
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, CAD systems administration, or software deployment
  • Hands-on experience with Autodesk and Bentley platforms
