Manufacturing/Design Engineer

Are you a skilled Manufacturing/Design Engineer looking for your next career? Are you interested in working with an ESOP and helping grow a company? We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer at a starting salary of $60,000 -$80,000/yearly or more depending on your experience.ย 

We need someone that has specific experience with Product Design and Tooling design.ย 

What you would be working on:

  • Continuously access process capabilities to ensure they will productively and competitively satisfy customer expectations. Make improvements and recommendations as required.
  • Continuously ensure processes are fine-tuned and maintained to consistently meet and exceed customer specifications. Make improvements and recommendations as required.
  • Provide programming expertise, coaching and training for CNC equipment employed.
  • Design and recommend tooling and gauging to facilitate process improvements and new product development. Whenever practical, utilize fool-proofing and quick setup techniques.
  • Maintain consistently accurate process routings, rates and BOMs
  • Provide design, drafting and project management as required to assist engineering manager to handle overflow projects

What will help you be successful:

  • BS, Engineering or Engineering Technology: Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial
  • AutoCAD proficiency or previous Cad Experience
  • CNC programming experience (Preferred)
  • Experienced with manufacturing processes (fabrication, welding, paint, assembly)
