Job description

As a Sr. Manager Global Design here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in shaping the design strategy and direction for our global energy and sustainability solutions. You will lead a team of designers, driving the development and implementation of innovative and user-centered design solutions for our customers across industries. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design goals and requirements, ensuring that our products are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.

You will report directly to our Director, Chemical Engineer and you'll work out of our Tulsa, OK or Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F
