Position Title: Deputy General Counsel (Hybrid)
This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional who thrives in a dynamic regulatory environment. The Deputy General Counsel will play a pivotal role in managing an extensive litigation portfolio while collaborating with external firms on various legal matters. A strong candidate will possess the ability to navigate complex legal challenges and work effectively with senior leadership. The company promotes a collaborative culture and provides a hybrid work environment that supports work-life balance.
Salary Range: $240,000 - $300,000 / Year DOE
Deputy General Counsel Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all litigation, including appellate work across multiple jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with top external litigation firms
  • Address data privacy issues and marketing litigation
  • Engage with regulators on compliance matters
  • Edit legal briefs and manage regulatory components
  • Interact with the board of directors on strategic legal matters

Deputy General Counsel Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience post-law school with a focus on litigation
  • Active Bar membership in California
