CFE, Inc., a national leader in commercial roofing and wall panels, is looking for a dedicated Shop Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day yard and warehouse operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing deliveries, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring our equipment, tools and vehicles stay in top condition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee yard and warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Maintain accurate records for all fleet vehicles, tools and equipment.
  • Verify that all materials, tools and equipment are functioning properly and free of damage prior to deployment.
  • Manage and maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Perform equipment, tool and vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Deliver materials and assist with off-loading and loading at job sites when needed.
  • Visit job sites occasionally to complete on-site repairs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, redesign or enhance existing equipment.
  • Support company goals related to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.


Position Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Class A CDL preferred.
  • Travel to job sites as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work hands-on with tools, equipment and vehicles.
