About the Team

Presales Enablement and Innovation seeks an energetic, sales‑focused Lead Presales Demo Solutions Technologist to support how UKG brings Workforce Management (WFM) solutions to market. The team is responsible for the data setup and configuration of UKG Pro WFM and associated products and extensions , ensuring demo environments accurately reflect real‑world customer use cases.

The team partners closely with Presales, Sales, Product, and Engineering to build, maintain, and evolve demo datasets and demo stories that clearly articulate product value and differentiation in the WFM marketplace.

About the Role

The Lead Presales Demo Solutions Technologist is responsible for assisting and leading the configuration of demo datasets and environments for UKG Pro WFM , including Advanced Scheduling, Activities, and Pro WFM extensions. This role blends deep WFM expertise with a presales mindset and supports sales teams by delivering accurate, compelling, and differentiated demo experiences.

This position owns key aspects of base demo dataset configuration, supports prospect‑specific demo requirements, and crafts demo stories that highlight UKG’s strengths in the WFM marketplace.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Configure software and demo datasets that empower presales teams to highlight UKG Pro WFM capabilities and differentiation

  • Assist and/or lead the configuration and ongoing maintenance of base demo datasets

  • Partner with presales team members on setup and configuration to support prospect‑specific demo requirements

  • Craft and document demo stories and scenarios that differentiate Pro WFM and related products in the WFM marketplace

  • Document dataset and configuration changes, including the rationale from a demo and sales perspective

  • Monitor new product features and releases and proactively prepare demo data and demo narratives

  • Test and validate functionality following product releases and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve identified issues

  • Assist in the administration, health, and stability of demo environments

  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify demo data improvement opportunities and implement enhancements

  • Attend sales calls, internal meetings, and team sessions (virtually or in person) to provide presales guidance and expertise

  • Perform other duties as assigned

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, or supporting UKG Pro WFM in a presales, implementation, solution consulting, or enablement capacity

  • 3+ years of handson experience with Advanced Scheduling, Activities, or Pro WFM extensions

  • 2+ years of experience supporting demo, presales, or customerfacing solution environments , including product demonstrations

  • Demonstrated experience configuring or supporting multiple WFM or HCM modules within a single environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with multiple UKG products beyond Pro WFM

  • Prior experience in presales, sales engineering, or sales enablement roles

  • Ability to craft compelling demo stories aligned to customer workforce challenges

  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant professional experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proven experience delivering application demonstrations or walkthroughs to internal or external audiences

  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish

The pay range for this position is $115,100 to $165,450. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
