Community Outreach & Lead Generation Associate

Braydon Holbrook Residential Contractor is a locally owned, licensed, bonded, and insured residential construction company based in Benson, North Carolina. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to help us grow by getting out into the communities we serve and creating new opportunities for our construction team.

This is not a traditional desk sales position. This is an active, outbound role for someone who is comfortable meeting new people, knocking on doors, making calls, and starting conversations.

What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and local contacts

• Introduce our company in neighborhoods where our crews are currently working

• Connect with Realtors, property managers, real estate investors, and other local professionals

• Identify homeowners who may need repairs, renovations, remodeling, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, or other residential construction services

• Collect accurate contact information and basic details about potential projects

• Submit qualified leads to our team for follow up, estimating, and sales

• Maintain simple records of outreach activities and leads generated

• Professionally represent Braydon Holbrook Residential Contractor throughout the communities we serve

What You Will NOT Be Responsible For

You will not be expected to estimate construction projects, determine project pricing, prepare contracts, manage construction projects, or perform construction work.

Your job is to create the opportunity. Once you generate a qualified lead, our team handles the estimating, follow up, and project process.

Compensation

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week.

In addition to hourly wages, employees are eligible for our Lead Generation Incentive Program.

Employees may earn 2% of the final project amount collected on qualifying projects they personally generate, up to a maximum incentive of $1,000 per qualifying project.

For example:

A qualifying lead that becomes a $10,000 completed and collected project earns a $200 incentive.

A $25,000 qualifying project earns a $500 incentive.

A $50,000 qualifying project earns a $1,000 incentive.

Incentives are paid through payroll after the qualifying project is completed and final customer payment has been collected, subject to the terms of the company's written incentive program.

Who We're Looking For

The right person for this position is:

• Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people

• Comfortable knocking on doors and approaching homeowners

• Comfortable making outbound phone calls

• Self motivated and able to work independently

• Goal oriented and motivated by performance incentives

• Friendly, professional, and respectful

• Reliable and organized

• Comfortable spending most of the workday out in the community

• Able to accurately collect and submit lead information

• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and lead tracking

• Able to provide reliable transportation for local travel

Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, real estate, construction, home improvement, or lead generation is helpful but not required.

We are willing to train the right person. Personality, reliability, work ethic, and a willingness to start conversations matter more to us than having the perfect resume.

Schedule

Approximately 20 hours per week to start. Hours may vary based on company needs, outreach opportunities, and seasonal demand.

Some afternoon and early evening availability is preferred because these can be productive times for reaching homeowners.

Work Area

This is an on the road, community based position. Outreach may take place throughout Benson and surrounding communities in Johnston, Harnett, and Wake County areas.
