Established in 2003, the Deloitte US Chinese Services Group (CSG) aims to advise multinational companies operating in China. Working across the Deloitte network, CSG collaborates with professionals who speak Chinese and/or understand both US and Chinese business cultures. In the United States, CSG brings together a broad bilingual and bicultural network to help deliver coordinated, relationship-driven, and market-informed support.

Work you will do

Deloitte Services LP is seeking a bilingual Project Management Senior Consultant to support program execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational activities for the Deloitte US Chinese Services Group (CSG). This role will help manage client-related programs, internal initiatives, and day-to-day coordination efforts that support Deloitte's business objectives related to China.

This position will report to the Deloitte US CSG Operations Leader and work closely with the broader Deloitte US CSG team, as well as Deloitte China colleagues.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of CSG programs and internal initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, deliverables, and logistics across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Track action items, dependencies, and deadlines to help ensure timely execution
  • Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and other communications for leadership and internal teams
  • Support client- and account-related activities, including coordination of internal priorities, events, and follow-up items
  • Collaborate with Deloitte US and Deloitte China colleagues to help drive alignment and effective execution
  • Maintain organized documentation and handle sensitive business or personnel information with discretion
  • Identify execution risks or bottlenecks and escalate issues as appropriate

The successful candidate will possess:

  • High degree of fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Consultative mindset, ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances and complex structures
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work product
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Sound knowledge of business fundamentals and the US-China business environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using enterprise tools and reporting platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar systems
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a complex organization
  • Ability to manage confidential information with a high degree of discretion
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, including international travel as needed
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
