Who You Are

• 4–8 years of direct experience delivering enterprise applications and integrations in matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical solutions.
• Collaborative communicator who aligns technical and business objectives.
• Committed to clean, maintainable, and testable configurations and integrations.
• Customer-focused, composed under pressure, and eager to learn new technologies.
Key Skills and Experience
• 4+ years building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (certifications a plus).
• 3+ years designing and managing RESTful API services and orchestrating integrations.
• 3+ years with secure development practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support.
• 2+ years leading structured planning and documentation across cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with iPaaS (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) and enterprise-grade applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) preferred.
