Job description

MaintainX is the world's leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, Shell, Cintas, and Brenntag. We raised $150M in Series D funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Bain Capital Ventures, bringing our total funding to $254M. We were named to the Forbes 2025 Cloud 100, the definitive ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world.

We're growing fast and hiring the talent team to match.

The Role

We're looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to run EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) recruiting at MaintainX. This role sits on the Talent Acquisition team, owning hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design - three of our highest-priority functions as we scale.

What You'll Do
  • Own 10-15 active EPD requisitions at a time, moving candidates through stages with 48-hour SLAs and presenting a calibrated shortlist to every hiring manager within two weeks of intake.
  • Source and engage senior technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, JuiceBox, direct outreach, referrals, and events - building pipelines before reqs are even opened.
  • Run structured intake meetings with engineering managers and product leads to sharpen role scope, levelling, and interview design before the first candidate is touched.
  • Maintain a data-driven pipeline review in partnership with EPD leadership - tracking pass-through rates, stage conversion, and sourcing yield on a weekly cadence.
  • Configure and own your req portfolio in Ashby: job setup, interview plans, scorecard design, and stage automation - hands-on-keyboard, not delegated.
  • Integrate CodeSignal assessments into engineering searches, calibrating technical screens and tracking completion rates so results feed consistently into hiring decisions.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, with meaningful depth on engineering roles at staff-level and above
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($100M+ ARR or Series C+) where you've operated in a fast, high-volume environment
  • Hands-on ATS expertise - Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever - including job configuration, scorecard design, and pipeline reporting
  • Proven track record closing senior technical candidates: staff engineers, senior PMs, senior designers
  • Data-driven operating style - you run your pipeline from a dashboard, not a gut feeling
  • Ability to manage 10+ concurrent searches without letting candidates go cold
What's In It For You
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) / RRSP enrollment program.
  • Take what you need PTO.
  • A work culture where:
    • You'll work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values: Smart Humble Optimist.
    • We believe in meritocracy, where ideas and effort are publicly celebrated.
