Arc Network is seeking an organized, execution-focused Marketing Manager to join its Conferences & Awards team. This individual contributor role supports a high-volume portfolio of conferences, summits, and awards programs serving the Real Estate, Finance, and Agriculture markets.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead for Conferences & Summits, this role is built for someone who thrives on running campaigns with precision. You will execute integrated marketing campaigns, support delegate acquisition, and manage the event technology stack, working closely with the Marketing Lead who owns overall campaign strategy and direction.
This is a strong fit for a marketer with 2 to 4 years of experience who is ready to own execution across a busy, multi-event calendar and grow within a structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
  • Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for conferences, summits, and awards programs across finance, real estate, and agriculture verticals, following campaign strategy set by the Marketing Lead
  • Support delegate acquisition efforts by building targeted lists, managing outreach cadences, and tracking registrations against defined goals
  • Write and deploy email marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion, segmentation, and list hygiene
  • Create and manage paid and organic social media content to support event promotion and audience engagement
  • Leverage media sites, newsletters, and paid channels to support event reach and registration goals

Event Technology & Platform Management
  • Serve as the primary operator of third-party event management platforms for registration, attendee management, and reporting
  • Manage attendee networking and matchmaking platforms to support a smooth delegate experience
  • Maintain and build targeted audience lists using internal databases and third-party list sources
  • Support website content updates, landing page builds, and digital asset coordination in conjunction with digital teams

Campaign Operations & Reporting
  • Own day-to-day campaign logistics including asset coordination, creative timelines, and approvals
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including registrations, email performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
  • Coordinate with external vendors as directed, ensuring deliverables are on time and on brief
  • Support onsite event marketing and brand activation at conferences throughout the year
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaign materials and audience touchpoints

Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of B2B marketing experience, with exposure to live events, conferences, or B2B media preferred
  • Hands-on experience executing email campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with list building, audience segmentation, and basic database management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid copywriting skills across email, social, and promotional formats
