Job description

Job Summary:
The Millennium Alliance is a premier executive events company in B2B, producing assemblies and dinners that connect decision-makers with technology providers. They are seeking a Product Manager, Technology to lead the strategy and execution of their technology ecosystem, defining the product roadmap and managing execution with an external engineering team.
Responsibilities:
• Define and own the product roadmap for Millennium Alliance's proprietary platform and broader technology ecosystem
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and making strategic trade-off decisions
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives with an offshore engineering team
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and oversee product releases
• Evaluate third-party software solutions and make recommendations regarding build-versus-buy decisions
• Partner with stakeholders across Client Services, Delegate Acquisition, Sponsorship Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to gather requirements and define priorities
• Monitor platform adoption, collect user feedback, and continuously improve the product experience
• Identify project risks, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives
• Present product updates, milestones, and performance metrics to executive leadership and steering committees
• Drive the evolution of the platform from internal operational tooling to a scalable customer-facing product
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of a product, platform, or technology initiative
• Proven experience managing external development partners or distributed engineering teams
• Demonstrated success delivering products from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative product development methodologies
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints
• Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
Preferred:
• Experience with B2B platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), event technology, or operational software solutions is highly preferred
