Studio Manager – Degree Wellness Goodyear

As Studio Manager at Degree Wellness Goodyear, you’ll drive performance, nurture an unbeatable team culture, and deliver a five-star experience for every member. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who thrives on results, leads with positivity, and knows how to build a strong team and a loyal member base.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 a year
  • Eligible for commissions and performance bonuses
  • Performance bonus tied to membership pre-sales, membership growth, and studio revenue.
