Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an AI & Generative AI Lead responsible for conceptualizing, building, scaling, and governing AI/GenAI powered products and tools that deliver measurable business value. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and collaborating with data science and engineering teams to design and develop scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Own the end to end lifecycle of AI & GenAI products and tools—from ideation and roadmap definition to production deployment and scaling.
• Translate business use cases into well defined AI product capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and client outcomes.
• Define product success metrics, value realization KPIs, and adoption measures for GenAI products.
• Lead the design of GenAI powered tools, including copilots, conversational interfaces, intelligent automation, summarization engines, and agent based solutions.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on model selection, fine tuning coordination, prompt strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Responsible AI, security, legal, and compliance guidelines, including human in the loop validation where required.
• Drive development of reusable GenAI components, frameworks, accelerators, and toolkits to enable faster time to value across programs.
• Partner with cloud and platform teams to productize solutions using enterprise approved platforms (e.g., Azure based GenAI playgrounds and LLMOps pipelines).
• Support integration of GenAI capabilities into existing analytics, engineering, and operational products.

• Defining product success metrics, value realization KPIs, and adoption measures for GenAI products.
• Leading the design of GenAI powered tools, including copilots, conversational interfaces, intelligent automation, summarization engines, and agent based solutions.
• Collaborating with data science and engineering teams on model selection, fine tuning coordination, prompt strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensuring solutions adhere to Responsible AI, security, legal, and compliance guidelines.
• Driving development of reusable GenAI components, frameworks, accelerators, and toolkits.
