Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell general pest control services to residential customer within an assigned territorial area which may span across multiple branch service areas
  • Must be able to physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers
  • Arrives at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner
  • Explains pest control services and selling repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled
  • Works with branch management team to establish sale growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved
  • Travels from one area to another or is assigned to a specified territory. Works with branch management team to isolate target areas
  • Must be able to occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary
  • Receives and properly accounts for company funds collected during the course of business activities
  • Submits all paperwork and collections on a daily basis
  • Maintains company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times
