Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Paint Defect Analyst positions in Spring Hill, TN.   • Shift: 1st shift - 7 am - 3:30 pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews data/documentation and assures quality counts are completed timely and accurately

  • Counts are taken from various processes in the paint shop, including: Elpo Sand, Prep Deck, and Finesse locations

  • Defects are verified by Root Cause Analysis. Counts are also verified with the Dirt App, which helps an analyst communicate trends based on the counts collected

  • Updates and maintains Dirt Notification boards/postings

  • Maintains Dirt Library database with accurate data

  • Updates SharePoint

  • Assists in developing best practices for construction and cleaning, material quality and process, equipment and maintenance

  • Assists in developing methodology to diagnose new or re-occurring contamination problems

    Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in data analysis (preferably in the paint industry/industrial)

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Troubleshooting and analysis of documentation/results

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
