Deephealth specialists focus on applying AI and machine learning to healthcare data, often requiring medical knowledge and healthcare-specific skills. Data Scientists have a broader scope, working across various industries with skills in data analysis, programming, and statistical modeling. While both roles involve data analysis and machine learning, Deephealth roles are more specialized in healthcare applications.

How does a Deephealth professional typically collaborate with clinicians and data scientists on healthcare projects?

As a Deephealth professional, collaboration with clinicians and data scientists is central to your daily workflow. You'll often work closely with clinicians to understand medical imaging requirements and ensure that AI models address real-world clinical challenges. Simultaneously, you'll partner with data scientists to refine algorithms, validate results, and optimize performance. Regular interdisciplinary meetings and shared project management tools help keep teams aligned and foster open communication, ensuring that technological solutions are both accurate and clinically relevant.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a DeepHealth specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a DeepHealth specialist, you need a solid background in medical imaging, machine learning, and data analysis, typically supported by an advanced degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with medical imaging systems such as PACS are commonly required. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills help you work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and translate complex technical findings for clinical use. These competencies enable the development and deployment of AI-driven healthcare solutions that improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.

What is DeepHealth?

DeepHealth typically refers to a company or platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning technologies to improve healthcare outcomes. These organizations develop software tools that assist medical professionals in analyzing medical images, such as X-rays and MRIs, to detect diseases more accurately and efficiently. DeepHealth solutions aim to enhance diagnostic accuracy, speed up workflows, and ultimately improve patient care by integrating advanced AI algorithms into clinical practice.

Job description

Responsibilities

Artificial Intelligence; Advanced Technology; The very best in patient care. With decades of expertise, we are Leading Radiology Forward. With dynamic cross-training and advancement opportunities in a team-focused environment, the core of our success is its people with the commitment to a better healthcare experience. When you join as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic business partner who fosters an environment of trust and confidence with operations while providing an exceptional experience to the organization applicants and candidates.

Job Summary

Deephealth is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is ready to build. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We want a strategic operator with a builder’s mindset who sees recruiting as a function ripe for reinvention. You’ll own hiring strategy and execution across the company for our North American and European Markets, you’ll have the runway to rethink how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional people owning the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and employer branding to offer management.

We want a Talent Acquisition Partner who gets energy from solving hard problems, who is excited by what AI can unlock for a modern recruiting organization, and who is just as comfortable architecting strategy with the executive team as they are running a search for a critical hire. You’ll need to balance reinvention of how we work with keeping the experience human where it matters most. If you’ve ever looked at a recruiting workflow and thought “there’s a faster, smarter way to do this and a better outcome on the other side,” we want to hear from you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Own hiring strategy and execution across the North American and European markets, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent aligned with Deephealth’s mission, values, and product velocity.
  2. Be a true Talent partner. Work side-by-side with leaders on workforce planning, HRBPs, headcount forecasting, and organizational design — functioning as a strategic advisor, not just a service provider.
  3. Run searches that matter. Be responsible for adapting, reacting, projecting, planning and implementation of various sourcing and recruiting strategies, and also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing selection and hiring. Personally own full-cycle recruiting for the company’s most critical and senior roles, setting the standard for how Deephealth shows up to candidates.
  4. Reinvent recruiting with AI and technology. Identify where AI and automation can eliminate repetitive work, sharpen sourcing, accelerate screening, and free the team to focus on relationship-building and candidate experience — the irreplaceable human elements.
  5. Build scalable SaaS-ready systems. Design and continuously improve the processes, tools, and tech stack that let Deephealth hire faster and better as the organization grows.
  6. Make every decision with data. Define the metrics that matter, track them rigorously, and let the numbers guide where you double down and where you change course, including using data for time to fill reports, and requisition posting times. Maintain accurate recruiting data in the ATS and provide regular reporting on pipeline, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  1. Raise the bar on candidate experience. Every touchpoint should reflect what Deephealth stands for. Candidates we don’t hire should still leave the process as advocates for our brand.
  2. Tell our employer story. Develop and strengthen Deephealth’s employer brand so top talent knows who we are, what we’re building, and why it matters.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position described above. Other functions may be assigned, and management retains the right to add or change duties at any time.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  1. 10+ years of direct or adjacent experience in Talent Acquisition — ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment in the US and overseas.
  2. A track record of owning and scaling recruiting strategy in fast-growing organizations where business priorities evolved rapidly.
  3. A builder’s mindset. You see broken processes and fix them. You see manual work and automate it. You see a blank page and start drawing.
  4. Existing AI fluency, with the desire and commitment to build deeper AI expertise that reinvents recruitment processes and practices, and the judgment to know where it helps and where it doesn’t.
  5. Comfort operating at the executive level — partnering with, influencing, and pushing back on senior leaders when it matters.
  6. Deep, hands-on full-cycle recruiting expertise; you’ve closed hard hires yourself, not just managed others who did.
  7. The ability to work global time zones.
  8. A data-driven instinct. Metrics are how you steer, not just how you report.
  9. Obsession with candidate experience and the craft of hiring well.
  10. Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
