Onsite Job - Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Specialist Level 5 | Tukwila, Washington, United States Onsite Job - Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Specialist Level 5 Location: Tukwila, WA, 98108 | Job Type: Contract | Shift: First (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Role Summary: Indotronix is seeking a highly experienced Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Specialist Level 5 to join the In-Service NDT team supporting Commercial Airplanes in Tukwila, WA. This critical onsite role requires deep technical expertise in non-destructive inspection and testing, particularly within aerospace applications using ultrasonics (UT) and eddy current (ET) methods. The position drives safety, quality, and continuous improvement through authorship of procedures, calibration, and direct technical support, contributing to a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Skills Emphasis: Expertise in NDI/NDT, ultrasonics testing, procedure authorship, and inspection techniques are essential. Skills in CAD and MS Office Suite are highly valued. Advanced knowledge of aerospace in-service support is crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Author detailed Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures and incorporate revisions from Level III personnel. - Develop Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) for specialized calibration standards. - Set up and calibrate non-destructive test or measurement equipment to defined standards. - Compose procedure figures highlighting inspection locations, geometry, probe placement, and signal responses. - Identify, report, and escalate any adverse trends or anomalous results observed during inspections. - Support in maintaining a safe, high-quality, and inclusive work environment.
