Job description

You will be the Systems Engineering Sr for the Capability Integration Strategy Team which is responsible for delivering integrated, highimpact engineering solutions across the Architecture Design Integration and Test Organization (ADI&T).


What You Will Be Doing


As the Systems Engineering Sr you will be responsible for shaping the technical roadmap, integrating functional plans, governing releases, resolving anomalies, and driving datacentric metrics that keep the program ontrack.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Develop and manage the technical roadmap and integrated JIRA backlog, ensuring traceability from portfolio strategy to segment execution.

  • Create functional integration plans and testthread frameworks that validate capabilities across domains and operational scenarios.

  • Establish and govern capability release management processes, authoring System Release Memoranda and meeting stringent technical and quality thresholds.

  • Oversee endtoend anomaly resolution, assessing severity, impact, and timelines to keep delivery cadences uninterrupted.

  • Design and implement integrated data metrics to monitor engineering execution and product performance.
