Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Dealer Sales Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX.
As a Dealer Sales Manager, you will:
Target dealer customers to grow Haworth's share of wallet and achieve market share. Build strategic partnerships to understand dealer's business, develop revenue growth strategies within their existing, target, and new accounts, and position Haworth as their most profitable line. Collaborate with dealers on business planning, and trains dealer personnel on Haworth solutions to boost Haworth product sales. Manages the sales pipeline to achieve quota and product mix objectives.
Essential Functions
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key dealer personnel (leadership, sales, designers, etc.), understanding their business and identifying opportunities for growth to meet objectives.
  • Develop/execute business plans + tailored relationship strategies per dealer sales rep to maximize wallet share and drive sales across assigned existing, target, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with dealers on business development meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales and further long-term business relationships.
  • Aligns with dealer goals and KPIs to deliver value, providing tools and insights for growth. Share strategies to help dealers boost revenue with Haworth solutions.
  • Align with dealer on strategic plan for comprehensive education and training programs for all dealer personnel, covering Haworth products, research, and design point of view.
  • Influence dealers to lead with Haworth, leverage Elevate training and showcase Essential products to boost sales and profitability.
  • Effectively manages business plan, keeps information current on strategies, sales activities, and results for all assigned accounts, and new business opportunities. Effectively manages expenses per guidelines.
  • May travel up to 80% to meet face to face with clients, influencers, and dealers.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Project Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Education Equivalency:
    • Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or,
    • High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.

Work Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in consultative business-to-business, solution-based sales role with demonstrated track of developing new business and generating revenue to meet sales targets.

Additionally:
  • Ability to work in Dallas, TX without relocation assistance.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience partnering with dealerships and understanding their sales and operating procedures.

  • Experience in real estate, project management or architecture & design.
