Job Purpose:
The Sales Associate at Madera Chevrolet/Madera Toyota will be responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, product knowledge, and customer service skills to provide an exceptional car buying experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing prompt and accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and promotions.
2. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the customer's requirements and preferences.
3. Showcase the features and benefits of various Chevrolet/Toyota models, explaining technical specifications, performance, and safety features.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any product-related concerns or questions promptly and efficiently.
5. Conduct test drives to ensure customers' comfort and satisfaction with potential vehicle choices.
6. Negotiate pricing and financing options, ensuring transparency and adherence to dealership policies and guidelines.
