Job Title: Solution Sales Executive
Location: Remote with Travel (Up to 50%)
Industry: Intralogistics / Material Handling Solutions

Position Overview
We’re seeking Solution Sales Executives to help drive our next phase of growth. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for developing and closing complex sales opportunities within the material handling and warehouse optimization space. You'll leverage existing relationships and create new ones, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a localized go-to-market strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the material handling industry
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
  • Lead contract negotiations with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to develop and present client solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value-driven business cases
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through close coordination with internal teams from sale through project execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven success in material handling or industrial equipment sales
  • Working knowledge of warehouse equipment, especially pallet rack and automation systems
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience in dealer-to-dealer sales (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to or exceeding 50%)
