Summary
Primary responsibility is to deal cards to customer at the 21” table games on any given shift. Monitor at all times to protect the game from dishonest practice of guest or staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Interact with all customers, floor supervisors and upper department managers to ensure compliance in policies and procedures.
• Count cards quickly and accurately.
• Make correct pay-outs to customers.
• Must be skilled in handling money and chips.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Performs other assignments as directed by the Department Manager.
• Recording cash transactions and maintaining an accurate detailed log as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Chapter 14 Title 31

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience
Education Level – High School Diploma preferred.
Experience – Previous card dealing experience preferred.

Special Skills/CertificationMust successfully complete in-house dealers training.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Must have 3 years of dealing experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Gaming License A (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
