Operations Manager, Supply Chain Distribution
Supply Chain Distribution powers the movement of product across our global network, helping deliver great experiences for customers wherever and however they shop. Our teams support a fast-paced, operation that serves stores, e-commerce customers, and international markets around the world.
As an Operations Manager, you'll lead a large team comprised of supervisors and hourly associates within one of our world-class distribution centers. You'll be responsible for driving operational performance, developing talent, and creating an environment where associates can do their best work every day.
We're looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and knows how to balance results with people development. You are someone who builds strong teams, anticipates obstacles before they occur, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes, elevate performance, and strengthen the associate experience.
This role is located at our Global Home Office Distribution Campus in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
  • Lead, coach, and develop multiple supervisors and a large team of hourly associates to achieve performance, quality, safety, and service goals.

  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring key performance metrics, including order aging, accuracy, fill rate, productivity, and labor efficiency, are consistently achieved.

  • Create a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner cross-functionally with peers and business partners to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and solve operational challenges.

  • Develop leadership capability within your team through coaching, feedback, succession planning, and career development.

  • Lead daily operations within a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment environment while balancing changing business priorities.

  • Identify and implement large scale process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and the overall associate experience.

  • Utilize data, performance metrics, and engineered labor standards to make informed decisions and drive results.

  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies and proactively addressing risks.

  • Manage departmental staffing, labor planning, and budget performance to support business objectives.

  • Effectively communicate business priorities, operational updates, and organizational goals across all levels of the distribution center.

  • Champion change initiatives and help teams successfully navigate evolving business needs and operational improvements.

What Do You Need To Bring?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, supply chain, manufacturing, or other high-volume operational environments.

  • Demonstrated success leading leaders, developing talent, and building high-performing teams.

  • Experience driving operational performance through metrics, process improvement, and strong execution.

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational technology.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Experience managing labor, productivity, and operational budgets is preferred.

  • Business-level command of Spanish is a plus.
