Job description

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Supervisor supporting our Cranberry, PA location.
Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.
Position Summary:
  • Will supervise and schedule shuttle drivers and warehouse employees
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Have dedicated interaction with Branch Management, Inventory Control, Information Technology, and Salesforce
  • Monitor and ensure stated inventory levels
  • Elevate Customer loyalty
  • Promote departmental engagement
  • Safe equipment operation and working environment
  • Assist management in efficient Contamination Control
  • Monitor and maintain Drop service vehicles, drops, and vendors
  • Provide and record employee training, guidance and discipline to guarantee stated process and policy
  • Use established metrics to provide effective and consistent Parts performance to elevate Customer experience, achieve and maintain a top ten Caterpillar Dealer ranking.
  • Preference given for working knowledge of parts counter process/maintenance of all parts-related reports and documentation including
  • Daily count sheets, cash sales, backorder reports, stock transfers & receipting, core processing, COD's, WMS, Cat Commercial accounting, informing customers of backordered status, and accurate parts order entry. This position is an integral step in Parts Department succession planning.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business
  • Supervisory experience or aptitude
  • The ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
  • Excellent presentation, communication and customer satisfaction skills
  • Excellent computer skills including, Microsoft word, Excel, DBSi, Anteres, CID Web, OTV, and other web-based parts applications.

Regular Work Hours:
7 AM to 5 PM Monday Friday
Weekend and after hours support as warranted
