Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Post Commander to oversee day shift operations at a high-profile diplomatic facility. This post represents the highest level of diplomacy and requires exceptional judgment, command presence, and strict adherence to protocol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site lead for all security personnel during assigned shift
  • Enforce access control procedures for all visitors, staff, and deliveries
  • Maintain a strong security presence while providing professional customer service
  • Monitor and respond to incidents, emergencies, and unusual activity
  • Ensure all officers adhere to post orders, policies, and appearance standards
  • Act as primary point of contact for client representatives during shift
  • Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs

Qualifications

  • Valid California Guard Card (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of security experience required
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience required
  • Fluency in Arabic (required)
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments
  • Clean, professional appearance at all times
  • High level of reliability and accountability

Preferred Experience
