Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team by fostering a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for all participants
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders to support program success
Supervise, train, and support staff, including onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development
Coordinate participant intake processes and ensure appropriate support plans are implemented
Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and coverage to maintain efficiency and minimize overtime
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations including DMH/DD, DHSS, Medicaid Waiver, and safety standards
Manage program documentation, billing, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Analyze program performance and implement improvements to enhance quality and operational efficiency
Promote a culture of open communication, recognition, and continuous improvement
Advocate for individuals served and ensure services remain responsive to their needs
Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and a safe environment for all participants

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human servicesor a related field required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required
Relevant experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis

Additional Qualifications:
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
Strong knowledge of social services and community resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively
Demonstrated experience in supervision and team development
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in documentation, reporting systems, and communication platforms

Physical Requirements
Perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
Use repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and writing
