Sales & Distribution Program Manager
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Sales & Distribution Program Manager to lead key initiatives that enhance agency efficiency, improve the agent experience, and support profitable business growth. This role combines program leadership, technology innovation, agent experience strategy, communications, and people leadership to support our distribution organization and drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of agent-facing sales and distribution programs, including recruiting referrals and incentives, and programs that drive agency growth and development.
  • Manage the Sales & Distribution technology enablement program, including AI, automation, and emerging technology use cases from intake through adoption and measurement.
  • Drive agent experience (AX) initiatives by gathering feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering across the organization to implement solutions.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects by defining business requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and guiding successful implementation and rollout activities.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that educate and engage agents through presentations, webinars, field communications, and leadership updates.
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales & Distribution leaders, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Training, and other business teams.
  • Manage assigned program budgets, vendor relationships, and resources to support business objectives and agent outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a Sales & Distribution Support Coordinator while overseeing day-to-day program operations and support activities.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Insurance, financial services, sales, distribution, or related industry experience.
  • Strong program or project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous sales management experience.
  • Experience supporting agents, field sales organizations, or distribution networks.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Prior people leadership experience.
