As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence across the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic business mindset and a proven track record of managing multiple departments to maximize productivity. This individual will play a criticalmanagement role overseeing Human Resources (HR), Administration, Information Technology (IT), and Finance, ensuring that PMB's operational infrastructure runs efficiently and supports the company's long-term strategic goals under the guidance of senior leadership in a collaborative and technology-driven environment
This is a hybrid position based in Houston, Texas. While some duties may be performed remotely, candidates must reside in the Houston area and be available to work onsite at our Houston office as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations,ensuring alignment across Finance, Technology, HR, and Administration.
  • Develop and implement operationalstrategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance,or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience inoperations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience overseeing Finance,Technology, HR, and Administration functions.
  • Strong leadership,problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in process improvement,budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skillswith the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
