Operations Manager needed to support the the day-to-day operations of a high-volume food hall.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant, hospitality, venue, food hall, or operations management experience
  • High-volume hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, payroll review, and operational reporting
Responsibilities
  • Support daily food hall operations and ensure seamless execution across all service periods
  • Oversee guest experience, vendor performance, and operational standards throughout the property
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and development of front-of-house and operational staff
