Administrative Assistant 

Multi Services - Watertown

Part-time, 32 hours/week with potential to add hours

 

Salary Range: $20.50 - $24.00/hour depending on experience + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network’s Multi-Service Center (Wayside Multi) in Watertown is looking for a strong people-person who can warmly greet the public and provide ongoing administrative support for program staff. This person willdemonstrate strong customer service skills, such as an outgoing and energizing demeanor, an ability to problem solve, and excellent communication skills. Wayside Multi is a longstanding mental health and wellness focused program working on multiple projects in the region and we’d love you to come work with us!

What You Will Do:

Administrative support on all aspects of the program including but not limited to:

  • Greeting clients, assisting and supporting staff with exciting projects, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and submitting required monthly reports.
  • Oversee all aspects of office functioning including arranging for building maintenance.
  • Enter new clients into agency Electronic Medical Records database.
  • Assist with event planning and support projects.
  • Help manage social media.
  • Data entry, data collection, tracking and generating reports as needed.
