Overall Objective:
The bfresh Assistant Team Captain is a developmental hourlyposition designed to be a training platform for candidates with retaildepartment management experience who aspire to become the future Store Leadersin our organization. The Assistant Team Captain will work closely with the TeamCoach (Store Manager) and Team Captain (Assistant Manager) to provideinspiration and guidance to the entire team so they are empowered to deliver atruly awesome customer experience. The Assistant Team Captain will work withtheir Team Leads to ensure the Teammates are engaging with the customer on apersonal level, are passionate about food , knowledgeable about our vision andour offerings, and have fun at work.
