RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans and places orders and monitors supply needs to meet customer demand without increasing back stock
Ensures the service-oriented and enthusiastic attitude of all teammates - holds teammates accountable for their roles
Works with the teamLead, Coach, Captainand merchandising team to ensure appropriate product mix
Ensures quality product through rotation, date coding, credits, quality checks, and smart use of back stock
Delivers awesome, clean displays and executes marketing, pricing and signage plan
