Title: Data Analyst

Location: UT Federal Credit Union Corporate Headquarter (Onsite)

At UT Federal Credit Union, we believe great decisions start with great data. We're seeking a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about transforming complex information into meaningful business insights that drive strategic decisions across the credit union. In this role, you'll partner with leaders throughout the credit union to design data solutions, build reporting and dashboards, enhance data quality, and create the analytics infrastructure needed to support our continued growth and success.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and enhance enterprise business intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Design, build, and maintain data warehouses, data models, dashboards, and reporting environments.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improved data visibility, accessibility, and insight generation.
  • Translate business needs into actionable analytics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
  • Improve data governance, quality, consistency, and usability across the organization.
  • Support and train users on BI tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Help establish a data-driven culture by enabling fact-based decision making throughout the credit union.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a curious problem solver who enjoys working with both data and people. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex information in a way that helps stakeholders make better decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience with SQL and SQL Server technologies (SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
  • Experience developing data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within financial services, banking, or credit unions.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as clustering, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with R or other statistical analysis tools.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments.
