This position will assist the Director of Data Analytics, to maintain the existing Reporting structure, SharePoint sites, implementation of a data lake and heavily focused on the development of new AI tools and software integrations.
All activities will be performed in support of the values of Elmington Construction. Integrity ~ Precision ~ Growth ~ Driven ~ Relationships
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Experience with AI tools and Microsoft integrations.
  • Assisting in Managing data (organizing, cleaning, and storing in data storage locations)
  • Assisting in Conducting basic analyses using tools like MS Power BI, MS Excel.
  • Exposure to SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Good communication skills and effective relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of trend analysis and data modeling in multiple MS tools.
  • Exposure to many industries.
  • Using statistical tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Desire to Develop analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills, and capable of keeping required deadlines with a high level of autonomy.
  • Highly detail oriented.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
  • A degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence Analytics, or Adequate Certifications.
  • Minimum of 1-3 Years of related experience in analytics, data modeling, Microsoft solutions.
  • Commercial/Multi-Family Construction experience a plus but multiple industry exposure preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Assisting in Managing and Maintaining SharePoint Libraries, and Lists.
  • Partnering to develop AI tools across the company.
  • Assisting in Managing data (organizing, cleaning, and storing in data storage locations).
  • Assisting in Managing queries and identifying errors or areas for improvement.
  • Providing reports, data sets, or outputs from existing sources per request.
  • Researching business or industry data to define trends and develop resource criteria.
  • Assisting in building and maintaining Project Level and operational reporting from a wide range of systems and data warehouses.
