Job description

Position Summary

The DC Data & Reporting Coordinator plays a key support role within the Smyrna Distribution Center, combining Excel-based reporting and data management with administrative support functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate operational and inventory reporting, supporting PO and order tracking, and ensuring records and documentation stay organized and accessible.

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report data.

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, performance trackers, and dashboards.

  • Perform basic analysis using formulas, filters, sorting, and charts; support and interpret pivot tables as needed.

  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and data quality issues.

  • Generate recurring operational, inventory, and PO reports.

  • Extract, download, validate, update, and maintain data from various sources (e.g., Excel sheets, Oracle/ORCL downloads).

  • Maintain spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely distribution of reports (e.g., PO backlogs, order backlogs, aging orders).

  • Assist analysts in compiling information for operations reviews.

  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.

  • Manage, scan, upload, and archive operational documents.

  • Ensure records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible.

  • Assist with preparing email correspondence and report materials.

  • Support office operations and administrative activities as needed.

Minimum Qualificationsย 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 2 years of Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel - comfortable with formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT), Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting/filtering, basic formatting, and simple charts.

  • Comfort working with and interpreting data; strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution/warehouse office environment.

Nice to Haveย 

  • Prior experience with pivot tables or ERP/Oracle systems.

  • Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment.

  • Experience supporting PO or order management processes.
