Data Quality Specialist

Need Data Quality folks for the following description. I need candidates who are true Data Quality/Data Governance folks. I am NOT looking for a Data Engineer. This team has plenty. Healthcare client; 12+ months contract. Required:

  • Proficient and extensive SQL, PL/SQL skills
  • Azure Databricks and SQL Server RDBMS experience
  • Deep understanding of normalized and/or MDM data models
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such PowerBI
  • Knowledge of best practices in data analysis, development and testing
  • Able to perform root cause analysis
  • Evaluate and analyze results relative to expectation
  • Identify and communicate variances to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply data quality checks and improvements
  • Script data queries to identify data integrity issues between various data sources
  • Collaborate with stakeholder groups to identify and help implement data governance and data quality standards
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter; works well in teams and independently on tasks
  • Participate in initiatives to drive strategic objectives and data quality
  • Takes direction well and can prioritize work for delivery
  • Adherence to State and Federal, including HIPAA, laws and regulations pertaining to confidentiality of protected health information
  • Healthcare/Radiology background
