Scope of Position

The Data Quality Analyst is accountable for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our data assets. They play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards by identifying issues, implementing data validation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and integrity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management

This position reports to Master Data Manager, Fluid Solutions. This role may be remote or hybrid, based in North Andover, MA.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to ensure high-quality datasets
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics, rules, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with functional business groups, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address data issues
  • Monitor data pipelines and systems for consistency and accuracy
  • Support root cause analysis of data defects and recommend corrective actions
  • Document data quality standards, processes, and best practices
  • Participate in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with policies
  • Perform regular audits to verify data integrity across systems
  • Automate data quality checks where possible using tools and scripts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong SAP skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.

Pay Range:

The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
