Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and collaborative Senior Privacy Consultant to join our rapidly growing team.
This client-facing role is ideal for a self-motivated privacy professional with a passion for helping organizations design, implement, and mature their data privacy programs. You'll work across a range of industries and regulatory frameworks-delivering expert guidance, deploying privacy technologies, and supporting clients in building privacy-first cultures.
You'll have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills, mentor others, and make a measurable impact on our clients' data governance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to assess, design, and enhance privacy programs aligned with regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Interpret and advise on European data protection and privacy laws, including the GDPR, ePrivacy requirements, and applicable EU regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct privacy assessments, risk evaluations, and audits to identify gaps and create remediation strategies.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of privacy management tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc) for data mapping, DPIAs, cookie consent, subject rights, privacy notices, and more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to operationalize privacy programs.
  • Provide hands-on support during technology implementations and recommend privacy-enhancing technologies where applicable.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, service offering development, and mentoring junior team members
  • Support multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven consulting environment.
  • Engage in thought leadership, including developing reports and presentations that communicate findings, strategies, and roadmaps.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data privacy, security, compliance, or risk-ideally within a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Strong working knowledge of European, U.S. and global privacy regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with privacy technology platforms, especially OneTrust; OneTrust Expert certifications are a plus.
  • IAPP certifications (e.g. CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM) strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, drive initiatives, and deliver quality work across multiple engagements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills-able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to privacy challenges.
  • Strong client service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Curious, adaptable, and team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning.
