What will you do?

As an Expert Data Consultant, you will help design and build modern data platforms and products across cloud and on-premise environments. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to create scalable data solutions, optimize data processing pipelines, and support data-driven decision making within agile delivery teams.

  • Design, build, test and deploy cloud and on-premise data models and transformations
  • Develop and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines
  • Onboard new data sources and build data ingestion frameworks
  • Design, build, test and deploy cloud data warehouses and data products
  • Optimize data views and schemas for reporting and visualization use cases
  • Review, interpret and implement business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate on backlog refinement, user stories and epics in Jira
  • Ensure data platform performance, scalability and reliability
Requirements
  • 7+ years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer
  • Strong SQL, Python and Spark/PySpark skills
  • Experience with data modelling
  • Understanding of data warehousing, data lakes and data lakehouse architectures
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with cloud data engineering tools, preferably in GCP
  • Experience with DBT, Airflow and Trino
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices
  • Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines
  • Hybrid work in one of our locations: Lodz, Poznan, Krakow, Warsaw, Wroclaw (2 office days per week)
Nice to have
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Apache Superset
