We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 200 professionals. We have a (3) year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 300. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S.
Sage Intacct Data Consultant
**Sage Intacct experience is a requirement for this role.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Perform data migrations, including ETL, validation, reconciliation, data cleanup, and conversion.
  • Complete data merges, mass updates, reclassifications, and system-wide changes.
  • Train customers on data tools, reporting, integrations, migration, and ongoing data management best practices.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to analyze data challenges and develop solutions.
  • Estimate time and budget requirements for migrations, integrations, and data-related projects.
  • Design, test, and deploy Sage Intacct customizations, automations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Integrate Sage Intacct with CRM, construction management, payroll, and other business systems.
  • Support implementation projects, including web services, troubleshooting, data extracts, updates, reclassifications, and document templates.
  • Customize Sage Intacct to align with customer processes, reporting needs, and Construction/Real Estate operations.
  • Use AI tools to support code generation, debugging, documentation, and client solutions.
Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sage Intacct and cloud-based financial management systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data migrations, ETL, ERP implementations, or system integrations.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing consulting, implementation, or support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, and tools such as Postman, HTML, SQL, PHP, .NET, or XSL.
  • Experience supporting Construction, Real Estate organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and interest in evolving ERP-based AI capabilities.
  • Candidates currently authorized to work for any employer in the US are encouraged to apply.
