Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Participate in classroom training to deepen knowledge in specific professional skills as well as banking and fintech concepts.
  • Learn the core business activities of a commercial & consumer bank.
  • Complete projects within assigned track in a timely manner and collaborate effectively across teams within the Data-Analytics, Technology and Transformation organizations.
  • Work on transformational projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Follow best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation, and security.
  • Develop data driven presentations.
  • Under Managements direction, learns to manage projects, completing specific assigned tasks.
  • Analyze, organize, and use data & insights to support decision making.
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills and knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and creativity in solving problems and learning new skills.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics/Data Science, or related field.
  • Academic or internship-based knowledge of databases, web services, cloud computing, security and project management.
Preferred Experience:
  • 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience supporting Transformation, Technology or Data organization.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, or machine learning is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies such as Git, Agile, or Scrum.
