Job description

Leads the global SQD systems and data organization reporting to the Head of SQ Global Process and Methods. Responsible for digital tools (eSQAL, legacy systems), dashboards, analytics, and AI solutions to enable data-driven decision-making and improve supplier quality performance. Create strategy and combine legacy systems into one non conformance and APQP system by partnering with Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and deploy global SQD systems and data roadmap
  • Ensure standardization, governance, and adoption of tools across regions
  • Lead systems landscape (eSQAL, legacy platforms, reporting tools)
  • Own dashboards, KPIs, and supplier performance analytics
  • Drive AI and future-state system development
  • Lead team of systems and data specialists
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT
  • Create simplified tools for warranty in Palantir for Suppliers and Supplier Quality

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Systems, Data, or Process & Methods
  • Strong experience with:
    • Supplier performance systems
    • Data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
    • Digital systems implementation and transformation
  • Proven leadership in global, cross-functional environments
  • Experience in Power BI, Snowflake & Palantir is a plus

Travel:
  • 50% travel required (international & domestic)
