Job description

The Client Services Data Operations Associate will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of internal databases, supporting RapidRatings' clients in their programs, as well as developing subject matter expertise in third party platforms. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Client Services.


What will you do in the role?

  • Data Management. Ensuring the integrity of our database of private companies and contacts is critical to our overall program success. The Client Services, Data Operations Associate is an expert in maintaining, updating, and reconciling information across all internal systems.
  • Task Management & Fulfillment: Work with our team to manage and execute import requests from across our client base. Allocate time to ensure timely responses and successful outcomes for our clients.
  • Client Program Support: Understand the nuances of how our services fit within various client programs. Support the success of our clients' programs through providing best practices and strategic guidance to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Platform Setup: Utilize Outlook, Churnzero, The FHR Exchange, Salesforce and other resources to support internal and external workflows

*Salary - $52,000 baseplus OT and incentive


Note:Expectation for this role is 3 days a week in the office to interact with other team members.
