Job description

Senior Investment Operations Associate
A rapidly growing wealth management team, is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Associate to support accurate trade execution, daily portfolio management, alternatives administration, and operational workflows that drive exceptional client outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in investment operations within a fast-paced advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute trades accurately and in alignment with models, client objectives, and compliance standards
  • Manage daily portfolio activities including cash positioning, liquidity needs, and routine adjustments
  • Process and track alternative investment documentation and ensure compliance
  • Oversee account administration including transfers, funding, paperwork, and Envestnet maintenance
  • Identify and escalate operational issues, risks, or exceptions
  • Maintain workflow discipline, refine processes, and support operational scalability
  • Ensure data integrity across investment systems and assist with platform updates
  • Prepare investment reports and materials for advisor and client review

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Investment Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, financial planning, or related field
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (required or obtainable within 6 months)
  • Experience with Envestnet and custodial platforms strongly preferred
  • Proven accuracy in trading, cash movements, portfolio maintenance, and account administration
  • Strong judgment, ownership mentality, and ability to escalate appropriately
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
