Duration: 3 months to start
Position Summary
Provides administrative, operational, and information services support to assist leadership with program implementation, office management, and day-to-day agency functions. This role combines project coordination, technical/clerical support, and independent administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and administration of programs, projects, and agency initiatives.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties to relieve management of operational and organizational responsibilities.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain correspondence, reports, records, and official documents.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze information to support decision-making, reporting, and program operations.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, stakeholders, and the public; respond to inquiries regarding programs and policies.
  • Maintain and update files, databases, and record systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and support internal communications.
  • Assist with budgeting, personnel documentation, purchasing, and general office operations.
  • Use computer systems and standard software to enter, track, and retrieve data.
  • Supervise or coordinate support staff and assist in managing workflow across units as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative support, office management, information services, or related clerical/technical roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment while supporting leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting government, public sector, or program-based operations.
  • Experience with data systems, reporting tools, or information services functions.
  • Prior experience coordinating projects, workflows, or administrative staff.
