Title: Office Assistant

Location: Providence Rhode Island 02906
Serve as receptionist (telephone), and greeter (for walk-in traffic) for a busy academic department at the start of the semester.
Provide access to offices, work, and classrooms for new faculty and graduate students; triage questions/concerns (connecting those with questions with faculty and regular staff, as needed) share information sheets for undergraduates seeking to take Literary Arts courses; distribute materials to department boxes and post information in public areas.
Office traffic is extremely heavy during the first week of the semester.
