 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in legacy migration analysis, data management, or project coordination, with a strong focus on mainframe legacy systems or mainframe MMIS.

  • Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and an understanding of Medicaid policies and regulations.

  • Proven experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, with a solid understanding of data mapping and data quality principles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Proficiency in data migration tools, databases, and scripting languages relevant to legacy system migrations.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in data management, data analysis, or a related field (e.g., CDMP, CAPM).

  • Familiarity with automated migration tools and frameworks that facilitate legacy system transitions.

  • Ability to conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to support team members and stakeholders during the migration process.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the fields of data migration and MES modernization.
