Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Data Quality & Migration Specialist in Hollywood, FL to support large-scale ERP and Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives. This role focuses on cleansing, validating, and migrating high volumes of data from legacy systems into new platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Perform data cleansing to improve data accuracy and consistency
* Validate and reconcile data before and after migration
* Execute data migration activities across systems
* Identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies
* Support ERP and CLM implementation teams
* Maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation, and validation
* Assist with document management and control
* Support testing, validation, and post-migration checks
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with large-volume data cleansing and migration
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy (required)
* Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
* Experience supporting ERP or system implementations
* Ability to handle repetitive, detail-heavy work
Preferred:
* CLM experience
* Process mapping or workflow documentation
* Data analysis or procurement experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
