Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and support strategic data management initiatives that align with business goals and enterprise priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where data, analytics, AI, and automation can create measurable business value
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and drive alignment
  • Help establish and promote data governance practices including master data management (MDM), data stewardship, and data quality initiatives
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investments in data and analytics programs
  • Work closely with project managers to align business expectations, project objectives, and delivery capabilities
  • Partner with business analysts and technical teams to prioritize and evaluate use cases
  • Contribute to decision modeling efforts that improve organizational decision-making and support complex business trade-offs
  • Influence data literacy initiatives through storytelling, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Assist in defining and communicating enterprise data architecture concepts including data warehouses, data lakes, and data hubs
  • Collaborate with design and user experience teams to ensure data products and visualizations are intuitive and effective
  • Present recommendations, insights, and strategic plans to both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills & Experience You Should Possess
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, data strategy, analytics, business intelligence, data governance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of analytics methodologies, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts including machine learning, graph analytics, and natural language processing
  • Experience with data management disciplines including ETL, metadata management, data integration, and governance frameworks
  • Understanding of enterprise data architecture concepts, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data hubs
  • Knowledge of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data environments
  • Experience supporting data governance initiatives including MDM, data quality, and stewardship programs
  • Strong statistical knowledge, including understanding correlation versus causation
  • Experience participating in or supporting project delivery initiatives
  • Business case development experience with demonstrated ability to articulate business value
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships across technical and business teams
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business narratives
  • Proven collaboration and teamwork experience across multidisciplinary teams

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages

Education & Certifications You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or a related field
