Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support various operational processes through data analysis and stakeholder coordination while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute daily operational activities across multiple facilities and energy management programs.
  • Monitor and resolve data exceptions and operational issues identified through reporting tools.
  • Review and support updates to equipment schedules and system records within Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create and maintain operational and financial reports for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support ongoing program operations and issue resolution.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
